• Telegram user ID and username
• Subscription tier and status
• Authentication data managed by Clerk (email, login sessions)

• Payment transaction IDs from OxaPay
• Subscription billing history and payment status

We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or cryptocurrency wallet addresses. All payment processing is handled by OxaPay.

Trade Performance Data

• Trade signals sent to your account
• Trade execution results (entry price, exit price, profit/loss)
• Aggregated performance metrics and trade history

2. How We Use Your Data

• Service delivery: Delivering trade signals via Telegram, executing trades through the Forex.com API, and displaying your dashboard
• Performance tracking: Analyzing trade outcomes to display performance metrics and improve signal quality
• Billing: Processing subscriptions, verifying payment status, and maintaining billing records
• Communication: Sending service-related notifications, including maintenance alerts and account updates
• Service improvement: Analyzing aggregated, anonymized performance data to improve our trading algorithms

3. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored in a Convex cloud database with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Authentication is managed by Clerk, which implements industry-standard security practices including encrypted session management.
• API credentials for your Forex.com account are encrypted and stored securely. We use these credentials solely to execute trades on your behalf as authorized by you.
• We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

5. Data Retention

• Your account data is retained for as long as your subscription is active and your account exists.
• Upon cancellation, your data is retained for a period of 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, you may request deletion of all personal data.
• Aggregated, anonymized performance data may be retained indefinitely for the purpose of improving our trading algorithms.
• Billing records may be retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to our data retention obligations.

7. No Selling of Data

The KX Trader dashboard uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management through Clerk. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded on our dashboard.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the subscriber dashboard at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
